WARNING. Beware honest people of this unethical business practices of Time Warner Cable in Kansas City. They send sales people into Wal-Mart and offer a $300.00 Visa card if you sign up. You have to stay in service for 90 days to qualify. You have to fill out redemption form on line ,which I did. I set up the first might with the rep and his corporate office automatic pay with my credit card. I paid first month bill at time of installation assuming the bills would be paid automatically. Then receive a invoice for two months (one month late) which makes me not eligible for the promotion. Very poor business practices. Called office and was told they could not correct issue. Ask to speak with manager and was told I would have to wait 20-30 minutes and the manager would not call me back. I like the service received better than satellite I had before. I will be dropping TWC just because I prefer not to deal with dishonest companies cheating consumers.
