        Services are not good

        The Villa of Kansas City and Raven Carr are unreliable. They do not pay attention to detail. Flowers/centerpieces are never on time. You will not see the owner/manager or be able to get in touch with her. After working closely with the Villa and Raven Carr, I would not recommend thier services.
