Pest Management Supply (PMS) sold me some grain beetle glue traps that did not catch any of the grain beetles that were infesting my home. Upon investigating, I learned that PMS had received the product several years before and had stored it on a shelf. PMS did not keep the traps in the freezer for long-term storage, as instructed by the manufacturer. PMS refused to refund my shipping costs, even though they knew the product was no longer effective.
