For any landlords thinking of using this service in their buildings, AVOID! They will screw you over every chance they get and will NOT keep their machines operational. Good luck trying to reach their customer service either.

Called in complaints enough and only a couple times got reimbursed for their POS machines taking money and then popping up error, heating elements not working, drums not turning, etc. A week ago I wrote an email complaining about several issues including telling them a particular machine only runs at 45 minutes for the allotted amount instead of an hour. I'm pretty sure routine maintenance isn't a policy of theirs as they fixed ONLY a couple problems, but it seems they've just changed every drier to run for 45 minutes now. You can add Spiteful business practices to these petty idiots list of things they're good at.

Can't I give them a zero? Need I say more?

Dont use this service, they don't care when their machines ruin your clothes. Extremely unhelpful customer service.

Avoid. These guys are worried about one business - their business. Do some google searches, they have litigation all over the internet (Lewis v Jetz Service co inc, Jetz Service co V Salina Properties, etc).



I've personally had a very unpleasant experience with them. Be warned.
