We hired them to take us and pick up from Chesney concert a few years back. They made us pay up front which we thought was a little weird. They were prompt in picking us up and got us to the concert but when it was time to go home no driver was there. We tried calling all the numbers we had and our original driver answered but said she was busy taking one of their VIPs to the airport. After she was done at the airport she came and picked us up 2 hours later. She was nice but the company sucks! I tried to contact them multiple times and getting a refund but no one would ever get back to me. I turned them into BBB but they gave no response. DON'T EVER USE THEM!!!!!

Wow wow and wow again if you're using any other shuttle service than you're using the wrong service, Thank you Elite Shuttle of KC you're the best

I love this service, I have taken it for years and as a person who travels a lot I must say its a rarity that you don't have to stress over early morning pick ups. Way to go Elite
