I have been there twice and both times they addressed my Anxiety issues instead of what I was there for. Dr. Downing talked about my Anxiety about 85% of the visit, but did examine me somewhat. This last time I went there I had to see the NP Dena, and I must say she is down right rude, non caring of the patients feelings, and does not believe a person who suffers from Anxiety can have their blood pressure sky rocket while at the doctors office "white coat syndrome", and if you say your blood pressure runs low- normal at home except when Anxiety/Panic arises she wants to still up your dosage on your BP medication. She says your legs aren't swollen when you can tell they are, and instead she blurts out it's because you are obese. I'm sorry but that is rude, and acting in a nonprofessional manner. Maybe people that don't have Anxiety or understand it even MDs & NPs don't know the meaning of empathy or "put yourself in my shoes" !
