Awesome class for children! Non-competitive, fun, excellent exercise workout, educational, children learn about Capoeira (a combination of martial arts, dance, gymnastics, and music), Brazil, Portuguese language, music, rhythm, song- all in one class! Classes are for ages 2 and above.
Adult classes are great as well- Classes are led by an original Brazilian Master of Capoeira from Rio de Janeiro; Mestre Kinha. Classes available for all ages. Excellent way to keep in shape and learn a unique martial art. There is nothing out there like capoeira!
