I've had two car buying experiences in the past few weeks. The other was the best of my life. This outfit not so much. We'd found the vehicle that exactly matched our needs and spent time on the phone with M.A.C.'s salesman confirming the fit. We confirmed with the salesman that we had two errands to complete and then we would drive to their lot, a total of a bit more than an hour due to the long distance from our place to town. We arrived as agreed but they had sold the car in the mean time. Arrogant owner explained that essentially he believes 90% of his customers are dishonest and so he sells to the first cash to show. That is not a Montana business ethic I was raised with. Won't go back. When they see me they will see the back of my head repeating this story to anyone who will listen.
