Shady business. Had an issue a few years back when I was in college, and Facebook reminded me in my “on this day” memories:

“I took my truck in on April 23 because my left tire was making noise and when I would turn my steering wheel would rumble. They replaced the wheel bearing and upper and lower ball joints and it cost me $750. Now, 1 month later, which they have a 90 day warranty on repairs, the EXACT SAME THING started to happen. Same noise, same place, same rumbling. I took it in and they ended up saying my power steering fluid was leaking so he just repaired the leak so I "didn't have to buy a new one." $31 for that. There's just no way it was a different issue than the first time I took it in. And when I got upset at him about it he just told me I didn't know cars. Which, granted, maybe I don't know how to fix them, but I sure DO know that it was doing the EXACT same thing as before and there's just no way I could see the initial repairs even being necessary if all it was was a power steering fluid leak. Never returning to Woodward's and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.”

Top quality work. If it isn't broken, they don't fix it. They advise you of possible near future problems. Prices are very reasonable.

I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle here. They charged me for wheel bearings and they grinded off some of my new rotor, when all along the noise was coming from my struts. They are crooks !!!
