Wild Bill's Tobacco

After I spend over $120 for a new vape device one of the sales personnel manages to make the device leak and sent me off that way, after going back to have this problem rectified a woman who claimed to be the manager said the leaking of fluid was because I laid the device on it's side, I was absolutely dumbfounded this Idiot would try and pedal that LAME reason for the leakage, it has to either lay on it's side or stands on end, this device should NOT leak at all to begin with, I have never run into such an imbecile in my life to think anyone would believe that Crap. DON'T GO TO WILD BILLS ON WEST MAIN UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED BY INCOMPENTENT PEOPLE! I then went to Wild Bills Tobacco on Gull Road to purchase new O-Rings for this device thinking they were faulty and to fix the leak, the woman there said she didn't have O-Rings but instead replaced the vapor assembly with a new one at no cost to me, she said she would send the part back to the manufacturer as defective.
