WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, NOT A RESPECTABLE PLACE TO MAKE BIG PURCHAES FROM IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH ANY INTEGRITY.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured. It took well past our original pickup date to be able to even come get the boat. Considering we purchase a brand new boat I would have imagined the customer service would have been great, unfortunately that was not the case. Communication lacked from the beginning, and it was almost as though they were doing us a favor by selling us the boat. Since purchasing we've had issues with the paint peeling the first day we brought it home. I've tried multiple times to contact the dealership itself and our sales rep Rodger about warranty information and the steps we needed to take to get it fixed. One time I was able to get in contact to with a gentleman in customer sales who instructed me to send pictures and email Rodger. So I spent the time doing that just to have my email sent back because his was full. I've tried multiple times since and it does not go through. Half the time leaders RPM does not even answer their main phone. I have honestly spent so much unnecessary time trying to get in contact with them. So if you want some disgraceful customer service and your time not valued leaders RPM is a great place to buy the boat. But if your time is important and you want a quality experience making a big purchase such as this I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Buying experience was positive all around. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. They even made adjustments to my personal trailer to best fit new Sea Doo.

Excellent salesman. Outstanding and prompt service from everyone. Very friendly quick to reply and answer questions. I have a Sea Doo dealer in Monroe which I will never return to after a horrible experience. I will gladly continue to make the 2+ hour trip to Leaders. Dealership is a full line marine and outdoor power sports source. My purchase of a used Larson bowrider, even with interruptions for COVID19, went very well with only minor issues of concern, all of which have or will be addressed. I recommend Leaders RPM.

I am from Indiana and they worked with me very well to get the paper work I needed finished with no hang ups when I came to pick up my jet ski. The jet ski was exactly what I expected and no surprises. I would definitely return in the future

LeadersRPM was excellent in all aspects of my experience with them. Their on line pricing was competitive and phone confirmation was direct. Their adds for transport & assembly are very competitive. After I committed, their was no pressure to close while I shopped for a trailer. Sales guy and front office manager were very knowledgeable and professional - top notch. The delivery team was great. Lots to cover - but done so completely without rushing. The drive from Grand Rapids was well worth it.

Leaders RPM was great to work with. Roger was so helpful and answered all my questions. We coordinated my pick up as I was coming from NC to MI. It was flawless. Tyler did a great job explaining my Spyder! Matt in Finance was awesome. I was literally with him for 10 minutes and most was chit chatting (i like to talk ha!) . Would definitely drive the 11 hours to purchase from them again.

When I picked up my CanAm Commander, Tyler and Ken were very helpful! I am glad they took the time to walk me through everything on the unit. It was very educational and a great way to learn all about it! All of the team was very nice and helpful, but I believe these 2 guys went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was safe and well versed! They even took the time to help me load it on the trailer and ensure it was tied down correctly!

Really great folks there from the receptionist who is always polite and welcoming to Ron my salesman who was very helpful and quick to respond to my emails , right down to the financing , the guys in the shop who help load up my sportsman 850. they’re all very nice happy people who made my first ATV purchase a great experience.

Very impressed with the experience we had purchasing our new Polaris RZR. From the greeter when we came in the store to our salesman to the service guys who went over everything on the RZR. They even loaded and tied it down on our trailer for us!
