Kalamazoo Glass & Windshield

I have used this business in the past, and when another issue came up today i called Kalamazoo Glass & Windshield before anyone else and dealt with the owner personally. I felt lucky that i was able to be fit into today's schedule as it was a situation that involved my entire back windshield. I had a hard time with the insurance company, but Sean (the owner) treated me as a valued customer and gave me not only a great price, but a high value service and product. I value this service so highly that i will program the number into "important numbers" in my cell phone, know that i can depend on them a pinch, and recommend them to my own friends and family.



I have experienced professional, reliable service from this business each time i have used them. Also, like the other reviewer, I felt confident and respected as a woman, and felt like all the employees who worked in the shop were friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable in the clean, nice waiting area, and truthfully it was a bit of a treat as a busy mom! I got to relax and watch a show, and then my car was presented to me. The work looked great, and they even swept out the shattered glass.

From the first call to the time I left with my new windshield I was very impressed with the customer service of this company. They are very kind, I didn't feel like they talked down to me as a woman like many other car places. They were able to get me in on the same day I called, they explained to me the difference between what they offer vs. other shop, IE: OEM glass & adhesives, Lifetime warranty, service, etc. They offered to pick up & drop off my car if I couldn't bring it in. They won't install in cold temps outside because of something to do with the chemical bond freezing which would compromise safety, which I thought interesting since Safelite Auto Glass said they didn't care about the temps. That says something about how they care about a quality job! I brought my car in and they were very attentive to me as soon as I walked in. They gave me the remote to the TV and offered Internet access and even a laptop to use. When they were done and I went out to inspect my car and sign the invoice I noticed that they vacuumed my car and cleaned the dash and threw out all the trash in my car, It was not too clean when I brought it in. My windshield has never been so clean. Then when I went to pay my $100.00 deductible, they said they already took care of it for me and I owed nothing except that I will tell all my friends & family about them. The least I could do was write this very long (sorry) review. I was very happy and they made a customer for life. Thank You!
