The only part of my previous review that was not true is the property does sit on city land.they have a pack of snitches,who deciede if they dont like you.they will do whatever it takes to get u out.even file false police reports. and report u for doing stuff you are 40 miles away and couldnt have done,and very stupid stuff,the office encourages them to do this i implore u PLEASE dont take your loved ones here.there is plenty of senior housing in kalamazoo area ,thats a lot more friendly.the pet and parking that i stated in the other review is still true.

Do not bring your loved ones to this place.The residents snitch on everybody ,who lives here, and even people who are here just for visits.The staff are very pet unfriendly, and there is no weekly run to grocery store like they say.The say its city property,so the can make you follow city laws,but it sits directly on Kalamazoo township property Look it up for your self on the internet.There are no available parking spots,so u have to park across the street and walk over.They dont allow smoking in your own apartment that you pay rent on,but they will build no protection from the weather for the smokers,the non smokers have plenty of protection,sounds like discrimination to me.Please take your love ones else where in Kalamazoo,theyre r plenty of great senior housing in or around kalamazoo,but,this plcae aint even close.out of 1-10 i give this place a 0. .

I don't reside there myself but my friend does. If you're looking for a nice, clean quiet place for an older person to live, then this is it! People are very friendly. They provide transportation to go grocery shopping as well as it being on the city bus route. A post office and Kal.Health Dept is located on the same property too! They allow animals which is a plus. They also have different groups that meet weekly like scrapbooking, bingo, etc...Dillon Hall is within a mile from Borgess Hospital, Walmart, Meijers,couple different pharmacies (which also delivers) they also have medical staff that come to see the residence! It is handicap acessible with stairs and elevator. This is overall a real decent place for your loved ones to live.
