The doctors where nice. But the receptionist and other staff are extremely rude! Worst I have ever seen. They never call you back when you have a question and act like they could care less about anything! Its horrible. If I could I would give a negative rating they are ridiculous.

I've been to this Dr. here in Kalamazoo and have had very excellent treatment by all staff. They were very polite and courteous and prompt. They explained everything to me and were/are very professional. The other review doesn't tell where this person went, No city or location was given.

Not impressed. I would give them negative stars if I could. When I entered the center, I instantly felt the anger that the staff exhibited toward each other and the benign neglect with which they treated me. While the nurse seemed fine (cordial) the doctor was cold and wanted to charge $100 per mole for face and $50 per mole for body. When I indicated that my prior dermatologist (I just moved to the area) charged a flat rate and I inquired if they did that as well, she was very rude and acted like it was a crime to even ask a simple question. She then removed two bothersome moles. All in all she spent less than 10 minutes with me. After I checked out, I discovered that she charged my insurance for removing 14 lesions! She only removed 2! I will not be back and I have already scheduled an appointment with her competitor. Interestingly enough, her competitor does charge a flat rate and seemed very happy for the business. Go to someone else folks, anyone else.
