Crystal Carwash

Just got back from washing my brand new 2016 Ford Fusion and found scratches along the paneling near the Windows don't use this car wash if you have a new car

I have been to this car wash several times. My car always looks great after getting the Gold wash. Every couple of washes I splurge and get the Platinum wash. Just found out they started an Unlimited Wash plan. I will be able to keep my car super clean all month long.

I paid $15 for the "Platinum" wash and half of the wash wasn't working. The spinning arms just sat there and smacked against my car.... I talked to the attendant (Matt) and he said "it looks like it got washed, so there isn't anything I can do". I told him I paid for a FULL wash not partial and asked for the managers name, he said he wouldn't give it to me.... So all I am able to do is warn anyone else by posting reviews all over the net. Don't waste your money. Horrible customer service. Go to Bob and K's on Stadium. They are $5 cheaper for the best wash and they actually have great customer service. I guess I learned a lesson about being lazy and not taking the extra 5 minutes to drive over there.
