Roberts Hawaii Tours

Roberts Hawaii is an horrible company in the way they treated their guests. It would be far to call the service insulting. They regularly receive complains about the drivers and the manager do nothing and tell you to hold then pass you to an answering machine. My 60 year old mother and I were denied service for no reason on their shuttle on Kona. We filed for a police report...be it racism or just plain old meanness. The company does absolutely nothing. And would not answer our calls. Travellers beware. Do not support a company that uses the Aloha sprit for marketing and is just below the service inconsiderate, poorly run and people poorly trained.

I would give this a minus 10 star if I could. The supervisor for the school bus division is one of the most un qualified bad tempered and rude persons I have ever come across. For a supervisor dealing with people / parents and their children, to talk so ugly to a worried parent is so wrong. this women dose not Care nor take a moment to listen She should be cleaning toilets to match her maturity level
Note: if you are not happy at your work then quit but don't take it out on worried parents looking to there children that are on there busses Grow up !!!!!
