windows were dirty. passenger side door stuck. have rented from National many times was disappointed this time.

Booked Car with national first time typically use one of the other more costly vendors. To my complete delight since I am a senior travel agent National worked like a dream . It was the easiest quickest car pick up a delivery return we have ever experienced. You don't realize how fast this service can be and best of all you get to choose the car of you desire. We've been going to Maui now for 19 years. I can't say we have always used National, but for the past 6 or better years we have. Great staff, very friendly after a long flight, the only thing missing was a cool drink. We also like the ability to choose a vehicle. In fact, we wanted a sun roof and one wasn't available when we checked in. Went back the next day and were well looked after. Mahalo folks...much appreciated.

I will use National as my car rental provider every time I am on the Island. I like being able to choose my car. Very friendly staff - all very helpful.

Great and friendly staff but very limited selection. Most cars dinged and bruised (due to very small parking spaces on the island).

Smallest Emerald Aisle I've seen. Nothing but mid/full sedans. Friendly staff though.
