Alamo at OGG airport (Kahului, HI) was very organized, greeted you promptly & even called you by name to Welcome you to Maui ! They had copies of our car contract with them, & they immediately took us to the lot to get our car. They were out of Hyundai Santa Fe Std. SUV we reserved so they gave us a Nissan Murano SUV with a navigation upgrade. The car was brand new with 5000 miles on it, spotlessly clean inside & out, we went over the contract details, they gave us a $ 25.00 coupon discount, we did our joint inspection of the car & we were on our way in 20 mins. They were excellent to deal with ! I would rent from them again. And when we returned the car to them it was just as easy. Excellent customer service.

Helpful staff and awesome price. When I got the quote I thought it was wrong. After chatting with the agent I felt secure that it was just a cheap rate for an Alamo car. Hawaii taxes are a bit high on rental cars.
