        Do Not get your taxes done at ...

        Do Not get your taxes done at this location. I have always used H & R Block, and Ive always had a great experience until this year when I went to the Hana Hwy location. My preparer was very rude and even more unhelpful! It was like cattle call in there, she took no time to ask me any questions, told me that i wasn't allowed to itemize my deductions because according to her it wouldn't matter. I always get a significant refund, but not this year! And i should add that my return was identical to 2009, and in 2009 I got a really big refund. She told me Id be getting close to nothing! I walked out of there, filed through another tax co and got the refund that I should
