Dr. Orlon Vere Carr III, MD

Disappointed I loved going to Dr. Carr's office. always polite and seemed to always know what to do with all my ailments. I had a car accident and as soon as he found out he dropped me like a hot potatoe and told me I had to find a new doctor he wanted nothing to do with car accidents. I wasn't even seeing him for the car accident just my regular problems. Too bad will still say he is a good doctor just too bad he lost a good patient.

This office has the best Front and Back Office Staff you will find. They are always helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. You just don't find customer service like that anymore. They can always fit you in, so there is no waiting 2 months for an appointment. Dr. Carr is friendly, knowledgeable and knows when to refer you to a specialist if needed. You won't find better care than here and you rarely wait ike other offices. Sure everyone has a day when things get backed up, but that's not the norm.

I have been going to Doctor Carr for years and could not be happier with the friendly professional staff as well as the wonderful care I have gotten from Doctor Carr. Several years ago I had a life threatening health problem only I did not know it at the time. I only knew something was wrong. I had gone from doctor to doctor trying to get someone to listen to me and my strange list of symptoms with no luck. Finally went to Doctor Carr who actually listened to me and probably saved my life. If you like “vague” doctor language & vague doctor attentiveness; Doctor Carr is probably not a good match for you. If you can handle a straight talker who will tell you the truth plus look you in the eye when he talks, plus really listen to you when you talk… Dr Carr is for you.

This is a great office and a good practice. the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the doctors who work at this practice have a lot of experience. The office is nice and clean and it constantly being upgraded.

Please stay away from this Doctor. Unless you feel confident that you can diagnose yourself and use him as a resource to get pills then by all means set up an appointment if you have at least 45 mins to spare(thats no including the second waiting room for prognosis).The staff is awful and meeting Dr. Carr is the most heartless doctor you’ll find. Loves to send you on a goose chase from doctor to doctor to stack up his bank roll on referrals. I've used him for 3-4 years hoping things would change. Nothing has changed and the customer service keeps getting worst…… Stay away. You will be treated like cattle there. mooooooo....
