I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism I experienced today. I have been working with Junction City Family Dentistry and Manhattan Oral Surgery for months now getting an implant. I came in for my appointment today and they informed me after waiting for 40 mins that the didn't check to see if they had the stuff to take the impression for my crown to finish the implant. The nice lady taking care of me said they just assumed it would be there. She appologized that I wanted my time, and assured me that they would call me to schedule a new appointment when they have everything. Wow, talk about lack of communication. It's funny though because if I would have forgotten my appointment today and not communicated with them they would have charged me a fee. Am I going to get any compensation for their lack of communication. Nope, nothing. I am stuck. If I want to go elsewhere i have to start all over, and end up paying even more. How is this professional? This is absolutely the worst customer service. It's not hard folks, do your job, review your cases for the following day and ensure you have what you need. Put some value in your patient's time instead of just looking at them as a dollar sign.

I have always had excellent visits here!!! They are always cooperative and on time. The hygienists make sure they don't skimp out on anyone. One day I ate something off the grill, a fiber got caught in my mouth and almost went to the ER for it. I went to the ECC instead, then was referred to the ENT Doctor. The ENT Doctor said he couldn't see anything and he was going to wait until the needle like substance causes an infection. I called the Dentist and told them what was going on, they got me in right away. The dentist found it in less than 3 minutes and was able to take it out effortlessly and pain free.

Horrible dentist

This is a horrible dental office I have 3 reasons this place is bad.

1- my 8 year old had a toothache, we took her to the dentist and he said there was nothing wrong with her tooth. This was January 6th. 11 days later my child woke up with a swollen face, we rushed her to the ER, they ER admitted her to the hospital and they had to give her IV antibiotics, she had an abscessed tooth, she has a fever if 103° and had to be on antibiotics for 7 days and when I called the dentist to see about them looking at her tooth and pulling it, they told me they couldn't get her in. When I took her to a differnt dentist in manhattan the dentist said that if the dentist had taken an X-ray they would have been able to prevent my child from ending up in the ER.

2- I got a tooth filled and the filling fell out that day, and when I told the dentist he said it was a different tooth.

3-the secretary called me and said my appt was on Tuesday when it was really on Monday and now I have to pay the $50 because if their mistake.

If you need a dentist go anywhere but here. The secretaries are rude and they don't care about their patients.

Don't ever need emergency care. This office was my dentist for about a year and I came in for emergency care. The left side of my face was twice the size as the right and I was in extreme pain. The receptionist couldn't even bring herself to lift up her head and see what my condition was before sending me packing out the door. She said they were booked and wouldn't be able to see me. Luckily I was able to find a dentist that was also booked solid but checked out my symptoms gave me some antibiotics for the severe infection I had and medicine for the pain. They were willing to stay open late to get me in but suggested I waited for the infection to go away before treatment. It scares me to think what could of happen if I waited for JC Family Dentistry to find the time to see me. They didn't give me a suggestion for another place to seek help. The other Dentist gave 10 min out of his time to assess the situation. I just wanted JC Family Dentistry to give a damn for that much time and they didn't. Proceeded with caution if you want them to care.
