Pro System Carpet Cleaning

I have used this service for the last 6 or 7 years. Always calls ahead of time, never a problem. Have 2 small dogs so call them about 3 times a year and sometimes 4 depending on holiday availability. If i have used this often, to me they have to be good.

Replaced their cleaning engine just a few days before and had brought along an extra fuel pump because they suspected the one in the engine might fail (coincidence?) as it did in the middle of cleaning my carpets. Took an hour or longer to replace the fuel pump while my carpets remained wet and soapy. I was not informed ahead of time of possible equipment problems not until it happened! Even after it was repaired, their equipment did not properly pull the moisture out of my carpet. It stayed wet for two days and two nights, with part of the carpet separating from the backing in the doorways. All that was recommended by Kerk Lewis, owner, was that he install 4-5" thresholds going into my bedroom from the main part of the house and from the bedroom into the master bath (unacceptable!). Two carpet businesses stated that his equipment had ruined my carpets. No apologies or offer to replace my carpet was extended.



Also my walls had huge black marks from their equipment. I was lucky that I had paint so that I could cover up the ugly black marks. One wall also had a small indentation where they had hit it with the equipment.
