        This has been one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a dentist office. I recently called and made an appointment for my 3 year old child for a cleaning. Her appointment was scheduled 2 months away which I was okay with at the time. On the day of her appointment, her father had a work emergency and was called in. We called to try to reschedule her appointment and a very rude receptionist told us "NO! Since she can't come to this appointment, she can't come to our dentistry at all!" How ridiculous is that? I understand that is is courteous to give a 24 hour notification when you can't make it but life happens and some situations are unavoidable. Not only was she turned away from this office but apparently the company has banned her from ALL offices! So... my 3 year old child has been put on a restriction list and can not attend ANY of the Dentistry for Children offices across the state of Georgia. STAY AWAY!
