They will check county public dockets online and deny you because of charges and then not run the background. They are a scam because they will not tell you this at first. Scammers my friend rented here and they allow men to smoke in the hallways. Someone was trying to slide my friends windows back to break in almost everyday and JOLIET police did nothing but fake take finger prints. They lie and say they hired JOLIET police as security. They will not accept black people anymore they are trying to do a turn around and now they are being racially prejudice on who they allow there. Don't waste your money to apply you will be denied. It happened to my friend. She has a clear background and has good income and was denied of a false charge she was found not guilty on only because they pulled up public arrests
