I can't tell you a thing about their service because as of right now, my mower has been sitting in their shop for eight days.

Absolutely wonderful people; Repaired our 6-y-o lawn mower within a week and had it running good as new when the engine died. Extremely well priced for both parts and labor. Also very friendly employees! When I screwed up and got a cord stuck in something less than 2 weeks later, they repaired it again in only about five-ten minutes and even helped lift the mower in and out of the trunk of our car. I highly recommend them to everyone we know!
