First Step Tech Solutions (FSTS) is a new and upcoming technical support company in the Somerset/Cambria county area of Pennsylvania. We are proud to be one of the select few Veteran owned and operated technology companies in the Johnstown/Altoona PA area. While the focus of FSTS is home user technical support FSTS also offers support to small to moderately sized organizations. Some of the services offered include but are not limited to computer/network maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization. FSTS also offers computer systems made from quality hardware that’s uses range from low end budget computers to high end servers. The primary target audience of FSTS’ support services is the not so tech savvy home user, the small to moderately sized organizations that cannot afford to keep onsite IT staff and the organizations that would like to supplement their current IT Dept with the knowledge and expertise of FSTS. The computer sales division of FSTS caters to all computer users from the non tech savvy home user to the large organization that could utilize one of FSTS’ performance servers and/or workstations. FSTS combines the aforementioned services and solutions with the ability to show each and every client the attention they deserve. FSTS focuses on catering to the individual rather than the market. This gives us the ability to ensure all of our clients receive the attention they deserve.
