        Overall

        For the third time in a year this firm has NOT processed my order correctly. I ordered my shirts folded NOT on Hangers and of course they were returned on hangers. There was NO offer of any kind for their ERROR in complying with my instructions. One of the poorest service businesses in the metro area...
