The Funky Freezer

its so nice for jersey shore and surrounding area's to have this but going threw the back streets in avis they go to fast for any of the kids to come out.. this just happened today 7-24-13 at 6:25pm by the time I seen hear it the truck was at the stop sign cming towards me and it just went on threw my rd without going slow... how can someone come out in time..
