Fast and professional but with great small business charm. Called at 9:00 in the am to salvage a non-drivable vehicle and before 11:00 the vehicle was gone and I had $100 for it. Other companies had offered in the $40 range for the vehicle - and when I called and said I would be happy to take $50, I was totally thrilled when they offered so much. Thanks for the help!

I locked my keys in my company truck and they came out very quickly pretty late at night.

I offered a $10 tip for coming so quick and so late and they said it wasn't a problem at all and that " i'm sure you work hard for your money, I'm just doing my job, you keep it ".

They really wouldn't accept my tip.

I had to have my car towed to my surprise a woman showed up to tow it to a local garage. She was very helpful and even offered to take me to a hotel or car rental place as I was visiting the area.
