DF French Quarter Holdings

My wife & I have been residents here since 2007 . For the last month we have had AC problems I have made 5 requests for it to be fixedt has not happened yet

I am a resident at french quarter apartments. I moved there in mid December of 2007. I have a 2 bedroom apartment for $504 a month. For the 1st month I was without sufficient hot water. I called several times to make a maintenence request and the maintenence guy said it was the breaker not working properly. I would run hot water for less than a minute then it would turn cold. Me and my two children had to shower at my parents house for December and most of January. I had several other issues with this place since then. If you need anything fixed expect a wait time of 1 to 2 months before you get a response. My bathroom sink was clogged when I moved in. It was really nasty. I couldn't use my bathroom sink at all. At the end of January the maintenance guy left a note on my door saying that he would be back to fix the sink in 3 weeks. This has been my worst experience ever. I would have been better off in a homeless shelter.
