        Poor Service Here...

        Brought my trusty Stihl chain saw here for repair. They took the saw and later informed me that the defective part was no longer available... they wanted to sell me a new chain saw. They also broke a tool off inside the cylinder and had to remove the cylinder to get the broken piece out. When they reassembled the cylinder they did not replace the gasket. So they did more damage than good. They charged me $50 dollars to do nothing! They are incompetent! Took same saw to Popps in Jefferson City and they had the knowledge to know that there was an upgrade part to repair my chain saw. Can not recommend Graessle's... take your business over to Popps... they are the best!
