        Overall

        Terrible place! Cannot even overhaul a carburator and when questioned about it the MANAGER could not tell me what Crown Power's standard operating procedure is. He was very unprofessional. I paid for a COMPLETE overhaul and when it didn't work and I began investigating they had only done 1/2 of it. When I questioned the manager I was told they didn't do the other 1/2 because the mechanic...'couldn't get it apart.' I asked why they didn't call and why was I charged for a full overhaul if only 1/2 the work was done and where were the rest of the parts I paid for. He did not know! Will not do business there!
