Founded in 1974, Stacey Jr/Sr High School was formerly known as Lackland Junior/Senior High School. The school offers general academic programs to more than 280 students in grades 7 through 12. It provides advanced educational programs for gifted and talented students. It offers a range of activities that includes art, band, chorus, theater and physical education. Stacey Jr/Sr High School also conducts classes in keyboarding, accounting, computer applications, and family and consumer science. The school offers courses in German and Spanish. It supports a variety of sports activities, such as golf, tennis, volleyball, baseball, basketball, cross country, and track and field. In addition, it operates a parent-teacher-student organization that conducts fundraising activities and special events. The school features a cafeteria, gymnasium, technology lab, and library and media center. Located in Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, Stacey Jr/Sr High School is a part of the Lackland Independent School District.
