Two very savvy handymen referred this company to me as above and beyond when it comes to knowing their business and being honest. Turned out to be SO true. The gentleman drove all the way to my out-of-the-way home only to tell me that I could handle my particular problem myself! Finally agreed to sell me the granules I needed...and later I found out he'd given me a below-retail price! .

Charles is awsome! What a breath of fresh air. Did all he could to save my $$ including telling me I can do most of what I needed myself. Sold me the chemicals for cheap (I checked the web) and told me exactly what to do. Got a thank you card 2 days later. I wish all service companies were like this!
