Happy Trail & Waggin Tails

My baby was taken in to get a full groom and bath. My baby's ears and feet wasn't done. The face was very poorly done. Nails supposedly clipped but didn't feel like it. Will not return.

Marty is the best groomer! She goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is well taken care of while in her care. She always does an excellent job grooming my pets. I took my father-in-law's chow there and told her what clipper size his groomer had been using and she said that was inhumane to cut an animal that short unless it was for surgery. I would highly recommend her. She does some boarding and I am comfortable leaving my dogs with her.

I took my dog in here about 2 weeks ago.. it cost me 60.00 to have all the tics removed, she had been off her lead for a few days running the fields playing like a wild dogie so it was time for a puppy make over so I thought.... we took her in for a cleaning...She was to have received a quality wash and shaving you know a real good cleaning up. it was 5 30 pm when i picked her up from HAPPY TRAIL&WAGGIN TAILS.. when i got her home i noticed that she had the same oil mark on her from the day before i took her in to have her washed.. well the oil mark was still there.. and her ears were still dirty.the tics were every where on her and completed visible.. My poor baby really didn't smell like she had been washed.. So now I have been working with my dog for the last 2 weeks removing tics and to give her a bath where we had never had a problem in the past, she really loved water.... and every time i try to put her in the bathtub now she pees all over herself and shakes. Makes me very upset to think how my poor dog must have been treated to have this amount of stress and fear of something she use to love.... I would not recommend this dog groomer at all to anyone.. it's like buyer beware .... BAD BAD BAD !!! :(
