Suwannee Medical Personnel

One of the most incompetent companies I've dealt with. They do not communicate with each other. They do not read the doctor's orders in order to service patients, they just call and ask you what they are suppose to do for you. Incompetent and unprofessional. Dealing with them frustrated me to tears and I had to go to my PCP because my blood pressure went out of control. They do not know what they are doing. They do not all identify themselves and the purpose of their call and make you very nervous about who it is that is coming to your home. I ended the stress and frustration for myself by not dealing with them because before I got started, I, mentally and emotionally reached a breaking point. I would NEVER recommend them for any services at all. One P.T. told me that he received a text message to call me but had no idea why. Apparently, this unprofessional nursing agency operates via text messaging. Wow. Do not use them for anything. You will be sorry.
