I usually get my husbands uniforms dry cleaned here and never had issues, therefore when I wanted to get a dress cleaned here I wasn’t hesitant. They spot cleaned a dress I wore only one time that I planned to wear for New Years and it was ruined. By the pictures, it looked like I bought it from goodwill. When going back and showing them, they said it was like this when I brought it in and had nothing to do with it. Yes they called to say that didn’t want to clean the whole dress because it was ruining it, but by doing the one area it was ruined and wet. I tried to make it right by asking them to alter the bottom off and they refused to pay for it. They lost a customer and by the looks of when I go, they don’t have many. I wouldn’t take anything expensive here to get cleaned.
