Overall

I first took my car in because my A/C stopped working. I was happy with the service I received at that time as well as the cost, so when my car died the next month, I took my car back without hesitation. While they had it, I asked them to take a look at my rear brakes because I was hearing a noise sometimes while braking and I just wanted to make sure they were ok. They did a clean and adjust on my rear brakes (and let me know they were still in good condition) and fixed the issue that caused my car to die. I picked my car up right before closing and everything seemed fine. Again (at the time) I was happy with the service and cost. However, after driving for 15 minutes, I all of a sudden realized that my brakes no longer worked. I found this out during rush hour traffic. I had to swerve off the road in order to avoid hitting the car in front of me. At this point, the brake pedal was going all the way down to the floor and just barely braking as long as I gave it plenty of space to come to a stop. I managed to make it back to the shop because it happened just down the street from them. At that point the technicians were gone but the one guy still left checked my brakes and saw the pedal was going all the way to the floor. He assured me he would let everyone know in the morning what was going on. By 3 pm on Saturday I still hadn't heard anything, so I called the shop only to find out they had closed already and no one had bothered to call me. At this point I left a really angry message letting them know how unacceptable the entire experience had been. Monday afternoon rolled around and I still hadn't heard about my car, so I called them only to find out that they had fixed my car on Saturday but no one bothered to call me. By this point I was completely floored. I could have died or been severely injured because they didn't do their job correctly! Literally 10 minutes before my brakes gave out I was on a highway and going over a bridge. What would have happened had they gone out at that point? Yet, no one seemed apologetic over the incident AT ALL. When I picked up my car on Monday, the manager refunded the $45 I paid for the clean and adjust which was the least they could do. I genuinely don't feel like they gave a crap at all. Also, I had to pay to rent a car for three days after taking my car back in so even with the refund, their mistake still cost ME. Had they apologized (in a way that actually seemed real) and genuinely acted like they cared and were sorry and really made it clear they wanted to make it right, I would have considered giving them another chance. But after the way they handled it, there's no way in hell I will ever take my car back there. It's a shame because they lost a really good customer. I have an older car, so all I wanted was to find a mechanic that was reliable and actually good at their job.

03.07.09 I took my car for rep...

03.07.09 I took my car for repair because it wasn't charging/starting(replaced the battery on 02.23.09). All Pro diagnose said I needed new battery cables, which they installed for $69. - 03.09.09 my car experienced the same issue as before, not charging/starting, I informed the scum bag owner, Jamie, at All Pro. - 03.13.09 returned my car for another diag and was told it was the alternator that needed to be replaced and the cost was $364. Scum bag Jamie ordered the part and Mike the mechanic started the install process and he broke a part the belt and alternator was connected. i watched the entire breakage and Mike even showed me where it was broken and said that the alternator may not be the problem(after stating earlier that my alternator was old). He went into the office and informed scum bag Jamie and she started to call around for the part but nobody had the part and it would take a few days to get it for a price of $600. I stated that they were going to pay to fix my car since they ruined the car(car will not run at all now). I asked for a copy of my work order and was refused to be given a copy. Scum bag Jamie did give me an estimate of the $600 that stated on the estimate "customer declined the work". The scum bag did this so it would appear as if they had never performed any work at all on the car. I am in the process of filing a law suit against the company to get my car repaired. DON'T GO THERE

Wow!!!! I think he really thinks I am a "scum-bag"! That's awful! I do not remember this incident but what I can say is that though we try to please EVERYONE, all the time...it is impossible. I SWEAR that we would NEVER do anything intentionally to cause additional expense to anyone's car! We do the best we can with what we have to work with...sometimes part are an issue on older cars, especially if they are not maintained. I wish him all the luck in the world and hate that we did not live up to his expectations. :-(
