CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy is awful. I work in a doctors office and you cannot get them on the phone. You have to wait 30 minutes with awful music on hold and eventually just hang up. On a personal note, I tried to call about a mistake I waited on hold for one hour and finally hung up. I tried going to the store for pick up and I stood in line for one hour and five minutes. I understand they are very busy especially with the Covid crisis but I work in a doctors office and we are very busy also. We do try to return patients calls in a timely manner.

I was directed to this pharmacy by my insurance company. WOW What a mess. Any efforts used to speed your pick up are not recognized. I had hoped this was a rare occassion but I've been twice, only to see duplication. This is definitely not the "friendly neighborhood pharmacy". I dread going back.
