        Jeffrey A. Sirot (currently with Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP) represented our town home community for a number of years. Jeff is knowledgeable and communicated well with the residents. However, anytime residents inquired how much his involvement was costing them his response was always "it's covered under my retainer". Well the community residents have just been informed that Jeff left leaving legal bills exceeding $37,000. To add insult to injury, Jeff was very well aware of the financial difficulties of our community. We also have a large number of units which have defaulted on their association dues. In the time Jeff represented our community, the total delinquent amount only went up (now over $100,000). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Jeffrey A. Sirot in the aspect of legal counsel to town home or condo communities.
