The Shores at Las Colinas

The management here is absolutely unprofessional and has no sense of customer service. The manager Debbie never returns phone calls on any maintenance issues. I tried to meet the manager in person, and the receptionist said the manager was too busy to meet with any tenants. The apartments are poorly maintained and pest infested. The buildings have plumbing and mold issues, and the parking garages stink. Don't live here. You will regret it.
