these guys are the worse. Google the phone number (214) 396-5551. I keep getting constant phone calls from this number and had to Google it to figure out who was calling from out-of-town. When you do call back, you don't get a name or company name and when someone does pick-up, they don't say anything but breathe .... talk about creepy. I no longer have a property mortgage with them and there are no notices on my account when checking online. They DON'T send an email to you when there is a problem, so this is NOT THE FIRST TIME they have pulled this type of stunt. Time to throw them under the bus .... hope they get their customer service department in order .... what a freeking train wreck of an outfit. So glad to be done with them ....
