Terrible. Rude. Incompetent. No customer service skills at all.

We went here Saturday March 14th 2015 as we do once a month every month !! We will not ever go back and are going to tell family and friends to stop going also!!! Some low life that works there took our Grandsons transformers wallet with his Birthday money in it!! Clearly a childs wallet !!! Its bad a enough to steel but from a child who did not know better than to trust that his wallet would be in our car when it was done is as low a person as they come!! I did call and talk to the manager knowing nothing could or would be done just wanted to let them and anyone else out there reading reviews there is a thief that works here!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I give them a no star but you cant leave a review without giving at least one!!!

Great staff. I was greeted by a true professional (David) and the attendant Myda were very courteous and made sure that my experience was one that would be remembered. Car looked awesome too.

I went to this car wash for the first time and it was very easy going i will be going there more often...very friendly good customer service

My husband took our car to this Mi-T-Fine Car Wash off of Belt line Rd. Irving,TX on Sunday Nov.13.2011 to get interior and exterior service done, after they finished my husband saw that the antenna was bent down, he asked them nicely that's what's going on? they called Manager (Jose Perez)and he came start talking loudly and rude that we fix it or you by one we'll pay for it and started to fix with his hands, when my husband try to talk to him nicely again and patting hid shoulder to calm him down, he started to shouting again and told my husband and told the cashier" CALL THE POLICE AND TELL THEM A CRAZY MAN IS HERE" my husband said OK that's fine let's the officer comes here. when officer came they explained what happened. the officer told my husband to call the corporate and let them know about it. the guy (((MaNanGer)) told my husband take your car and never return. when we called corporate office they write a report and said a district manager for that area is gonna contact us, no body had called yet. overall we're not gonna go there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for car washing services because they damage your car and if you complain they start talking loud and rude and after all call the police for you. this business deserves to be closed (not getting a star) I had to give 1 star rating in order to post my review.
