        Great customer service . They have free laundry bag provided to the customer. Price is very reasonable and service is quick and on time. Very satisfied.

        DO NOT GO HERE THEY LOST PART OF MY COAT!!!!!



        They lost the hood from a 200 dollar coat of mine then tried to blame it on me. I feel like they didn't even try to look for it. Got the run around after multiple visits. Plus they are far more expensive than other cleaners. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

        Poor Quality and Unethical Management Team

        Hackberry Cleaners shrank 3 pairs of pants, refused to provide a refund for the service of shrinking the pants, and refused to reimburse me for the cost of replacing the pants. Each pair of pants was shrunk by over 3 inches in length and are now unwearable. I can not recommend Hackberry Cleaners due to management's unethical business practises and poor service quality.
