General Info: I provide counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families who want solutions to their real life problems. My motto is: "Don't spend more time in therapy discussing your childhood than it took to live it." I use a combination of Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Life Coaching to address depression, grief, anxiety, parenting, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADD, relationship issues, separation and divorce, blended family issues and adjusting to new baby.
