Pacific Capital Finance was the only company that was not rude or pushy after filling out their application. The agent was very professional and extremely helpful. She contacted me with a good offer, discussed all the details with me and patiently answered all of my questions. After the discussion, I told her that I was really busy and will not need the funding until my project is close to starting. She stated that she understands and would like for me to contact her if I have any additional questions. All the other lenders who contacted me were unbelievably rude, pushy and would call me multiple times a day even after I asked them to stop. Not only did Pacific Capital Finance fund better terms, they do not act like salesman looking to hit a quota.

When they came back with an offer I was worried they were going to take my home for collateral because the terms were better then I expected. I was wrong, they left my home out of the picture. The communication of this company was on point. They responded as if I were their only client when obviously I was not.



I can't see myself using another company in the future for any equipment purchase or working capital needs as they got me the absolute best deal. I had some lenders flat out saying what they're offering is impossible as if they did not want to offer me the same pricing themselves. Well, it's a done deal. Everything was as they said it was.
