Drum Lessons By Martin Fullard

I have to say, having had more than my fair share of drum teachers that Martin is just phenomenal. He is so thorough and totally awesome. We have covered just about every style of music and covered so many grooves. At the start, we didn't just do basic stuff, he knew the kind of things that I needed to challenge me. Martin knows what I need to take me to that crucial next level. We have gone over rock and jazz, fusion, ostnato, all forms of independence, different stick technique. As he's mobile, he's helped me re-head and tune my Yamaha stage custom set. They sound incredible. He's also helped me to develope my own style. I am a huge Stevie Wonder fan and he has helped me with my funk drumming. Until Martin started coaching me, I didn't realize how many bad habits I'd picked up. I'd ven had my drums setup in a way that was definately effecting my style and was going against me. Martin picked up on it and has really helped me to takemy drumming beyond anything that I'd ever have imagined. I am also impressed by the fact that he's honest, punctual and treats me with nothing but respect. He is always caring and very passionate about drumming. He definately has a personal vision for me as a drummer and where I should be heading. I know with martin, my drumming is in very safe hands.
