Just as bad as the one on Lake Murray.... these are both owned by same local..even worse....then .found out today they do not honor the current national whopper promotion...thats ok...prob saved me 2000 calories !

I'm extremely disappointed in my service @ this BK tonight - Domonique (the name on the receipt taped to my bag) was VERY RUDE at the drive-thru. I pulled up and someone said something as I was rolling down my window. I started to place my order and this rude woman yelled, "I said, please wait!" - then a man came on telling me to go ahead w/ my order. They were "out" of my beverage of choice (Tea). Then, when I pulled around to the wondow the man was taking another order for the car benind me and the woman said "did she even pay yet" to the man. I hadn't because no one had even acknowledged me! I handed her my money and she gave me my food. My meal was 7.97 & I gave her 8.00. I waited for my change and she came back to the window, opened it and said "what". I said, "wow - nevermind" and drove off. Not that .03 is much but it was mine. There are plenty of people who need jobs and would be thankful for it. Domonique needs to understand that CUSTOMERS pay her and being RUDE isn't acceptable or tolerated!

This BK sux donkey. Crappy service and absolutely can not get an order correct. All the employees should be fired and the place burnt down.
