Ed's Auto and Towing Inc

My car broke down on hwy 41S today. AAA contacted Ed's Auto Towing and he arrived within 15 minutes. Rich was extremely courteous and helpful. He had my car tow ready within a few minutes. He towed my car to Spring Hill and I found it to be a pleasant experience instead of the usual stressful end to my day. I would not hesitate to call Ed's if I needed a tow again. Great job Rich!!!

Ed's Towing Inverness, FL is the worst Towing company I have dealt with in my 60 years on this earth. Never again. I broke down this morning, called AAA at 9:08 am was told Ed's would be there w/in the hour. An hour & half passed, I called AAA again & receptionist w/Ed's said I called & cancelled svc because I just ran out of gas.

That was a lie...I never called them at all, never cancelled svc. So AAA told me lady said it would be another hr. for them to get to me.
I waited another hr....it's now 12:30 pm & no Ed's Towing. I'm now furious, as I am diabetic, haven't had breakfast & need a potty break. I called AAA for the 3rd time & told them NOT to send Ed's because I refuse to let them touch my vehicle. I'm now waiting another hr for new Towing svc to come. Don't ever call Ed's. Lying pieces of caca!

TONIGHT I LEFT MY LIGHTS ON IN THE PARKING LOT OF FAMILY DOLLAR AND SAVE ALOT AND I HAD TWO SENIORS THAT WHERE IN ONE OF THE STORES AND THEY WHERE.HERE SO FAST TO JUMP MY CAR OFF AND HE WAS NICE!! I AM THANKFUL AND YOU MADE MY NIGHT!!!! I HIGHLY.Recommend THEM
