Called and made a 1:00 appointment on 3/20, showed up at 12:50, as I’m always early. The open sign was on and blinking but the front door was locked, I peaked inside the window and no one was inside, I assumed they may be out at lunch, so I returned to my car to wait. I waited until 1:35 (45 minutes of waiting) calling both the office number, and leticias cell phone (which was turned off and I left a message and a text message), knocking on the door. It is very difficult for my and my husband to get a weekday off together to be able to do our taxes, she wasted our entire day and now we have to take another day off and find another tax person. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. We have used her a couple times, but will never go back. I even tried calling back at 2:30 to see if they could still help up today, and again, no one answered and her cell is still off! Worst professional service I’ve ever experienced!

I've been going to Letty for year years!! I followed from Coachella and at her new office. I wouldn't go elsewhere. She's honest and does everything the right way, and is so helpful and very professional.
